Challenge

We need a 90sqm exhibition booth for Midis Group that accommodates four major group companies and five sub-groups, while maintaining a unified design system. The booth also needed meeting areas, a storage room, and a coffee corner.

Approach

The design approach focused on structured zoning, brand visibility, and visitor experience. the booth layout was organized into four primary sections, each dedicated to a major group company. This ensured that every brand had clear visibility, a meeting space, and a large display area for demonstrations while maintaining a consistent design language across the booth.

Brainstorm

Reviewed the brief for GITEX Nigeria 2025 and held team brainstorming sessions to break down space, brand needs, and functionality. Identified the core challenge: creating a unified booth that balances multiple brands, visitor experience, and efficient use of 90sqm.

Created a structured layout with four identical major sections for consistency. Introduced strategically placed screens for visibility, seating and coffee area for engagement, and compact pods with mini screens to maximize space for sub-groups.

Translated the strategy into sketches and 3D models to define layout and visual direction. Established a consistent design language and selected materials aligned with budget, ensuring the concept was both visually strong and feasible.

After approval, sourced materials and coordinated vendors. Guided fabricators through the design intent and supervised production to ensure accurate implementation, delivering a cohesive and functional exhibition booth. Post-installation feedback confirmed strong brand visibility, smooth visitor flow, and positive engagement across all sections.

Execution

Designed the booth floor plan, produced 3D visualizations, supervised fabrication, and captured event media including highlights and photography.

Outcome

The final design delivered a structured and cohesive booth experience, enabling all brands to showcase their solutions clearly while maintaining an organized and engaging exhibition environment.
